A collection of Kontakt Instrument from the mangled sounds of a 20 year old Radio-shack Vox Voice Recorder. The sounds are in 3 categories: Ambient, FX, and Synth-like. These sounds include drones, soundscapes, riser and drop like sounds, and just plain mangled sounds. Most of the ambient sounds are looped seamlessly. Most of the sounds are derived from the actual mechanical noise of the recording device, by physically toying with the buttons until malfunctioning, odd sounds were created. That being said, some of the sounds are the sound of mangled sounds on the tape itself, as the result of fast-forwarding or slowing down the tape dramatically (the shrouded, unrecognizable sounds being sounds included in Audio Reward’s Headphase). There are some tuned tape ambiances where an empty part of the tape was sampled as it played and the static and hum was tuned to either major or minor.

Rock Bass is a unique addition to the line of our bass libraries. It captures the sound of a hi-end Sadowsky NYC 5 string bass played with a pick (plectrum). Not to mention that Sadowsky company itself is a respected bass guitars manufacturer, moreover the particular instrument used for sampling had strong low-end punch accompanying with great tightness. Due to such distinct and balanced tone many famous rock and pop musicians made they choice in favor Sadowsky instruments. We know that some our customers have been longing for such kind of sampled bass. Like all our previous bass libraries this one is easy and intuitive to use due to a sophisticated algorithm, which automatically selects strings, changes left-hand position on the fretboard and turns on/off legato in real time. And as before three playing techniques are included in a single patch – pick, slap, palm-mute and additional articulations. SODIUM is a creative drum and beatsequencer for KONTAKT 6.2.2. It features 200 inspiring contemporary factory kits. It also comes with hundreds of included drum sounds to get you started. (You can also import your own WAV samples via drag and drop). SODIUM features four drum sequencers – each one has four distinct drum sounds and 32 steps (divided into two key-switchable patterns). Each sequencer gives you control over velocity, volume and panning, pitch, decay, (lowcut) filter, reverb, multi-fx, sample offset and flam. Creativity is just one knob away – dial in different preset pattern variations for each sequencer using the preset knobs. Or completely randomize the kit with a single button. You can also “lock” a kit once you like the pattern and exchange it with drumsounds from different preset kits easily. Multi output routing is also available for further processing and mixing in your DAW. Each pattern in SODIUM can play back one of four included drumsounds.
