This Marimba has all notes (A1-C6) sampled in stereo. No less then 8 velocities/note makes this Marimba one of the largest sampled marimbas on the market today. Played using hard, medium and soft mallets.
The Resonator is a unique sound, reminiscent of pioneering, pre-1950, electronic instruments like the Ondioline and the Theremin. Unlike those strictly monophonic instruments, this Kontakt Kit has, in addition to the melody oscillator, a set of “resonators”, which produce an ever-shifting set of drone voices, sort of like the oscillator version of sympathetic resonator strings on a sitar or a viola d’amore. It works like this: You play a melody with the right hand, and hold down a chord with the left. As you are playing the melody, different notes of the chord will be brought out as they resonate with whatever melody notes you are holding in the left hand. All this is accomplished with a custom script for Kontakt, not available anywhere else – its like a dedicated VST instrument. The result is a rich texture that constantly shifts with different notes coming to the fore, all in a gorgeous space provided by the Kontakt convolution reverb.
Section B was designed to be a huge improvement on Cinematic Rhythms with the quality of sounds and the amount of samples per instrument for less pitch shifting and more realism. A lot of the library is very rhythmical, including sequencers, pulses, arps and etc… As we have created some very useful custom Synths, the rhythmic patches are also very useful for the Hybrid/Cinematic genres of composition. We have also included many patches which can be used by the composer in a lot of other different styles making sure the sounds you can use fit into varies of styles instead of 2. We have also been kind enough to include 2 bonus categories of sounds like our Cinematic Rhythms called ‘Bonus FX’ and ‘Hybrid Grooves’ These FX and loops are sampled and processed to fit the Hybrid/Sound design genre which we mainly focused this library to influence the composers in the Film/Game industry…

Indie Fingers Volume Three: Rhythmic Mayhem introduces a comprehensive array of rhythmic guitar patterns, multiple techniques (unmuted and different palm mute) , which can be played in a piano-like form allowing the musicians to create and play their own lines, chords, intervals. All provided in a modular asset where all the patches can be combined/layered creating infinite combinations of guitar arrangements and riffs.
The Zither is a stringed instrument, having many strings stretched across a thin, wooden sound box. It is played by strumming or plucking the strings, either with fingers or with a plec. The Zither is most commonly found in Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, northwestern Croatia and the southern regions of Germany. The instrument became famous by its charismatic main theme “The 3rd man” of 1949 film noir played by Anton Karas. The Zither instrument we are presenting is a Concert Zither. The strings are arranged as follows: 5 fretted melody strings, placed above a guitar-like fretboard, then 14 unfretted “accompaniment” strings; followed by 11 unfretted “bass” strings and finally 6 “contrabass” strings. The concert Zither has a rough and raunchy sound often descibed as “mellow”.
“Solo French Horn”, is our take on this magnificent orchestral instrument. Most notes with three dynamic layers, each with three round robin recordings for a total of up to nine variations per note for a natural human sound. You can blend between dynamic layers with the mod wheel to capture the full breadth and dimension of the sound in a single note. Through key switches you can also switch back and forth between long notes and staccato. The full version of Kontakt 5 or above is required to run this vst software. It will not run on the free version of Kontakt player.
