Estate Grand Piano is a beautifully hand-sampled Kawai GS 60 6’9? grand piano with three different microphone perspectives including a mono-capatible M/S (mid-side) microphone perspective. It was recorded with care and with only the finest equipment at a country estate in the heart of corn country in Southern Ontario Canada. Note: This is the full version of our popular Estate Grand Piano LE. How does it sound? The Estate Grand Piano is sampled from a grand piano that resides in the library of a country manor. The room is warm sounding and the piano overpowers the room just slightly filling the room strong overtones. Hence, the piano has a lot of attack! While sampling the grand piano, the owner of the manor mentioned that he auditioned several pianos before picking the Kawai. He had tried Steinways and other famous pianos, but fell in love with the character of the Kawai. It is not a “me too” piano, but a unique instrument that will add life to your live or recorded piano sound!

Welcome to Electric Saz library! Electric Saz is a truly deep-sampled 5-string electric saz baglâma library for Kontakt with a huge range of extended content, an innovative new custom interface and cutting-edge powerful performance features. This beautiful fretless Saz was procured directly from the streets of Turkey, where master craftsman have been building them by hand for centuries. We painstakingly sampled all three “runs” of strings (low octave, middle single and high unison) with a massive 12x round robin and up to 6 velocity layers for open notes on an octave and a half per string. Continuing the depth are palm mutes, string chokes, release samples and a slew of percussive effects all at 12x round robin with multiple velocity layers. Custom wiring let us isolate and sample each pick-up – bridge and neck – separately and our custom user interface allows for full control (including disabling) over each pick-up. We set out to make the Electric Saz the most realistic, playable and flexible instrument we could, expertly capturing it’s naturally beautiful sound in stunning clarity and unmatched depth.
