MoGi is not a Synthesiser nor is it a Sequencer, it’s both Instrument and Instrumentalist combined, producing a uniquely creative Mystical Music Box.MoGi’s sound is generated using modelling synthesis, there are no oscillators used in a conventional manner, although there are some involved in the object generator they serve a different purpose to the norm, we have filters in abundance but again they play a different role in the process of sound creation Sound is generated by combining three separate energy forces, one in the form of WHITE NOISE, a PURE TONE and RESONANT MODE WAVES, this TRI HARMONIC SOURCE is then modified using filters, delays and feedback to form it into a resonating object, this could be a string vibrating, a wind instrument or something of a more percussive nature.
