Drums and FX created using 5 vintage drum samplers (RZ1, DDD1, ASRX Pro, ST224 and the ES1). These dope little samplers were used to sample a varied selection of sounds: 808, 909, DR110, DMX, ER1, TE PO12, vinyl, live drums, percussion and more! Those gritty, punchy sounds were then recorded through a couple of 1073-500 pres, a Fat Bustard II valve mixer and various other high end studio gear. You get a tasty collection of original sounds with heaps of character. Whether you make Hip Hop, Bassline, Ghetto House, Garage, Dub Step or EDM, there is plenty of variety here for you to sink your beat making chops into. With patches for Maschine (V2) & Mikro (V2), Battery 3, Kontakt 5, Geist, Reason 6 and Logic’s EXS-24. The wav files can be used in other samplers as well. The Single Hits Pack is our simplest sample pack which is suited for people who do not need multiple velocity levels. This pack includes up to three velocities of each articulation and is ideal for working with drum machines such as the Akai MPC60 or iDrum. This pack contains all the different articulations of the kit recorded and mixed to an extremely high standard. All the samples have been mixed from a combination of the individual drum microphones and where applicable the overhead and room microphones. We have included templates for working in the latest versions of Battery, Kontakt, EXS24, Maschine, Geist, Studio One Soundsets, Ableton Drum Rack, Reason Refills, Renoise and idrum but the samples can be loaded into any DAW, sampler or drum machine that can load up WAV files. We have also included multiple MIDI maps for Addictive Drums, BFD, iMap, Slate Digital SSD4, Superior Drummer, V-Drums, Yamaha DTX900, General MIDI and Drumit Five.
