The fine-tuned delay models are specifically designed to create organic cinematic atmospheres. A little detuning of the source material can build up interesting tensions. Play around with the density setting to go from distinct reflections to colored noise. Or freeze the input to build up resonating sounds. Mikron Cascade has been originally developed as a sound effect for the Cascade synthesizer. Thanks to its complex delay network a sound run through Mikron Cascade can develop over time, adding extra dimensions to it. Which makes it the ideal plugin for those who are looking for a high quality ambient reverb, but one with far more complexity in it than usual.

Mikron Compressor is an easy to use compressor that can go from very transparent to warm and powerful. It has the same high quality sound as its big brother Big Blue Compressor. But its mode of operation has been compressed into only a few intuitive knobs. However, don’t let the looks deceive you. Despite its apparent simplicity the plugin still offers a great amount of flexibility. With shorter attack times the sound will be very clean and smooth. Longer attack times in combination with the Choke knob will let you achieve vintage tube compressor style coloration. Or you can make the sound really dirty, and use the Mix knob for some ‘New York compression’. With a latency of only 1 millisecond Mikron Compressor is not only suited for mixing and mastering, but also for live performances.

Subvert is a savage 3-channel distortion processor designed to decimate the frequency spectrum. Based around 5 effects; multimode distortion, FM ring modulator, digitizer, metalizer and multimode filter, Subvert generates anything from subtle harmonics to relentlessly brutal distortions. Offering three parallel channels of each effects chain as well as a wealth of modulation and routing options, Subvert is our take on signal decimation with a twist. Subvert’s multi-channel layout and per-effect bypass option make it possible to reconfigure the order of effects in each chain in a variety of creative ways. Between the unconventional routing options, 15 effects processors, global EQ, numerous modulation options and global randomizer, Subvert makes it possible to achieve mind-bending destructive effects. While Subvert’s primary focus is on Distortion, it features four additional effects that can be configured in various ways across its three channels. Driving its core are 2 envelope followers and 4 LFOs with various wave shapes and optional tempo sync, which can have their output inverted or combined using up to 4 modulation mixers. The final output of the plugin can be sculpted with the global 3-band EQ.
