The pack contains 125 samples including 64 sounds sweeps/uplifters (length from one to 16 cadences at 128 BPM), and 61 special effects including atmospheric backgrounds, mystical sounds, and classical and modern sound effects that drip with freshness. This pack was produced using a variety of hardware synthesizers such as the Virus Ti2, Moog, Novation, and external effects.

Inspired by the sound of artists such as Tale of Us, Guy Gerber and Âme, the emphasis in this pack is on dark, brooding melodies, complex modulating arps and deep analogue synth flavours. In order to achieve this we called upon some classic synthesisers and drum machines including – TB 303, Minimoog Voyager XL, Moog Sub Phatty, Moog Minitaur, Access Virus, Nord Lead 3, Juno 60, TR 808, TR 909, TR 707. The pack was also created using an old school aesthetic; tape hiss was left in, if the quantisation wasn’t perfect but the groove was right then thats how it was left.

Designed in the ’70 era by Moog, this rare 2 unit rack is a clean parametric equalizer and it is revered even today for its performance and quality, especially on electric bass, synth bass, electric guitars, synthesizers and voice. The line amp has a drive knob which gives harmonic saturation up to 10dB, the bell filters allow to cut and boost to over 20dB. The programs: Carefully sampled @96kHz and @44.1kHz in a professional recording studio with hi-quality audio and digital cables and master grade converters with audio levels perfectly matched and calibrated. They are precisely programmed without normalizing or other destructive digital processing. The programs don’t sound processed, harsh or digital as most plugins do, but instead sound like a natural extension of the original audio, gluing your tracks in the mix with an analog vibe.

Each kit contains a full groove plus all the breakout loops that make up the groove so you can use them how they are or mix and match the way you see fit. When you crack open a fresh can of Nu Deep Construction Lab, you won’t find the usual sunny chilled out chord loops or swanky synths. We’ve replaced that with some dark techie grooves, luscious pads, stabbing synths and minor keyed bass lines.
