Trying my chance over there, There is no option to run the R2RKeygen from Mac. I even tried with a regular laptop but seems that the files is corrupted. Any chance to get the .exe working on Mac ?

Have you tried Wine, Keygen APP, Crossover, or Parallels Desktop on your Mac to read the .exe file?
