Many people have asked about a portable version of Nuendo, so I tried to create one. Now it’s up to you to evaluate how it turned out. Please note that I personally use Cubase, so this is exclusively for your consideration. As the most advanced audio post-production solution available, Nuendo is the choice of film, TV, game audio and immersive sound industry professionals worldwide. Ever since its initial release, Nuendo has been a vital tool in creating the soundtrack to many high-profile productions, products and installations. Regular updates with new features, workflow improvements and additional, user-requested functions mean that Nuendo constantly exceeds the expectations of an audio workstation dedicated to audio post, with high end — often unique — capabilities that continue an ongoing revolution in audio and media production software.

4. Also, I recommend installing the patch ‘Activation Manager Unlocker b6’ before launching. It’s not mandatory, but it might help if you encounter any startup issues. The patch itself can be found in the ‘Activator’ folder. Additionally, I have included the file ‘vc_redist.x64.exe’ in case you experience any Windows system problems.

This is my exclusive Nuendo portable version for MaGeSY, this awesome professional music production software (so that you can have it on a flash drive). I created it solely for myself, and now I’m sharing it with you because I’m always on the move, and my studio is far away, so this format suits me best. If you encounter any activation issues, I recommend following the steps described below.

FIX ERROR WITH ACTIVATION
0. Before launching, disconnect the internet or block the program’s access to the network for fast loading. So as not to wait a long time splash screen on step “Checking Licenses”
1. Delete files in folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\Activation Manager
2. Install “Activation Manager Unlocker b6” with admin rights
3. Come back to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\Activation Manager and copy all files to Portable: \App\Steinberg\Steinberg\Activation Manager and agree to replace
4. Try running! Work – Good! if no please replace file too \App\Steinberg\Activation Manager from step 3
