But this isn‘t even the full list of synths we used for our latest sound bank. For authentic flair we recorded some of the synths through our old Technics deck, with some nice, warm tape overdrive. (CBS, NBC/Universal, FOX Entertainment, Showtime, etc.). Utilizing only classic bits of kit (namely Roland and Korg units) to capture the essence of EBM’s origins, Cold Fission presents a unique ‘upscaling’ of these sources through Colin’s unique approach to modern distortion, bit crushing and compression combined with unique sequencing and patterns to offer something beyond simply recreating the past.

Sterling moss is renowned for his technically explosive DJ style that never fails to electrify crowds the world over while constantly striving to innovate with his productions and Remixes. Sterling Moss always looks to explore new musical territories and sonic ideas. Acid Treats and Techno Beats is no exception. The ‘Sound Lab’ studio is the nerve centre for Sterling’s production and design work. He has also worked extensively alongside Roland in Japan as an official programmer on their MC-909 Groovebox.
