It may need a bass boost with an EQ as there is a roll off in the deep end that will thin your bass somewhat if you are looking for deep notes.

I just finished my City Piano for Kontakt 5. It is a Baldwin Baby Grand with four fully sampled velocity layers. It is free and public domain. do anything you like with it.

Using very, very high quality uncoloured microphones for absolute authenticity, I sampled it from 5 cm away and 30 cm away from the cab. There are three settings basically. No eq, warm boost to the low end and a Warm and Brilliant boost added. Just simply add a distortion plugin before Nebula and use a high quality equaliser shelf to tailor the low end of the presets – add or take away to taste. You may be fooled into thinking there is an amp in your computer.

Combining two extra ordinary analog processors – the BAE 1073 and the RND 5033 this library was made by using the Bootsie modded DI and fashioned with the EQ using real bass lines for reference to cover a wide range of situations.
