‘Hi-Tek Dirt’ is a collection of nine Hip-Hop, Glitch and Grime Construction Kits, inspired by the latest genres of Electronic music. They have also added an extra 25 synth loops and 25 drum loops for more mixing, matching and chopping that fit well with this construction set. ‘Hi-Tek Dirt’ will allow you to mix and match more modern styles of Hip Hop based beats or ‘chop up’ the loops and reconstruct them.

The Pearl Syncussion SY-1 is an extremely rare analogue drum synthesizer originally manufactured in 1979 by Pearl Musical Instruments. This freaky little box is capable of producing a huge palette of percussive sounds, powerful kicks and experimental sound effects which carry a vintage sound inherent to its unique drum synthesis methods and extremely raw sounding oscillators! After finally getting our hands on one of these rare instruments we just knew we had to sample it! Syncussion Drums  captures the Pearl Syncussion’s unique sonic character by offering no less than 1885 carefully recorded 24-bit drum samples.

We have been working in collaboration with Lance Herring on this project. The AcademicGrand is a 1963 Steinway D concert grand which has seen countless recitals and concerts over the years where it served as the University of Arkansas’ primary concert instrument. The piano has been an inspiration to hundreds of students and visitors, and with being well-maintained and cared for, it’s a wonderful instrument with a unique history and classic American Steinway sound.

MB-7 Mixer is a unique plug-in that splits the signal into several frequency bands and lets you mix them as if they were separate tracks. Each band proposes controls that you can find on a mixing console, and more: bypass, mute or solo each band separately to isolate frequencies you want to work on, adjust the gain, the “stereoness” and the position in the stereo field. When manipulating the stereo image, a master mono switch also lets you check mono compatibility.
