Alongside over 650 core phrases from fifteen players, it delivers more than 500 specially sound-designed textures, atmospheres, and tones created in our brand new COLLAGE engine — a cutting-edge sample looping environment that allows for full exploration and reinvention of the source samples.

POINTS 2 for Native Instruments Kontakt features a complete set of layerable percussive rhythmic patterns freely combinable using built-in three oscillators engine, to create a potentially unlimited combination of cinematic percussive grooves and textures. Oscillators include patterns using organic, industrial and synthetic drums and percussions.

Created by cello player and professional virtual instrument maker Ben Osterhouse (Osterhouse Sounds), this ground-breaking Kontakt sample library pushes the boundaries of traditional cello sounds to offer a rich tapestry of unconventional textures and effects. When recording sample libraries, you want to capture the best sounds from an instrument. You try to have clean starts and stops, an expressive tone, and balanced dynamics across every sample. With all this in mind, it can be difficult to keep a spontaneous, fresh feel to the samples. It can turn into a chore. The goal during planning and development this library was to avoid as much chore-like recording. Everything is played with abandon, then heavily curated and edited later to highlight the best moments.

Anthem Choir 2 is the sequel to Anthem Choir, a legato choir library for a variety of non-traditional settings like pop, rock, electronic, hip-hop and anthemic genres. Included this time around are three different vowels: Ah, Mm and Eh (more of an ‘Aa’ as in “RAD”) sung by three different ensembles: Women Impolite/Polite and Men. Each vowel also has an alternative consonant attack (velocities 100-127): “Nah” for the Ah’s, “Yeah” for the Eh’s and a pitch-scooped attack for the Mm’s. For the Women Impolite and Men groups, we brought back the original rowdy karaoke warriors from Anthem Choir. They cut loose, singing strictly in their chest voice up the range at full chat. These patches are full of attitude and vibe. For Women Polite, we hired a group of semi-pros/pro singers in the studio and instructed them to try and ditch their training and go more pop/fun. The performances are more refined and accurate. Which is perfect for… The All Women patches include a balanced blend of both the Impolite and Polite groups, playing off each other’s strengths. These patches sound huge! Chock-full of humanity and vibe, we hope you enjoy the increased utility of our raw crowd vocal concept that is Anthem Choir.

Performed by renowned session player and producer Jason Hoard, our goal was to develop a comprehensive mandolin library capable of delivering virtuosic performances as well as heartfelt simplicity. The Master Legato Main patch is a true workhorse, suitable for a wide range of musical contexts. The Chicken Peck variant offers the same functionality while incorporating repetition sustains optimized for rapid and successive picking without compromising the inherent legato capabilities.
