We welcome you to the Angklung. This library is a full-ranged traditional tuned percussion instrument originating from Indonesia, dating back to roughly the 7th Century AD. Over the past thousand years, it has spread widely throughout Southeast Asia and Polynesia and can be heard in a variety of traditional and modern music, from gamelan orchestras to pop bands and jazz ensembles. The Angklung library features a range of proprietary features, including the latest version of our Uberpeggiator arp system, custom convolution effects, parametric EQ and standard performance shaping parameters. Note attack and sample offset allow you to simply tighten the sound or create pad-like effects. Release timing with extended decay range settings, independent release sample volume and mic position blending (in Hall presets) allow users to really tune the sound of the instrument. Micro-tuning and width allow you to fine-tune how the angklung sits in a mix with other instruments. The “width” in particular controls the amount of stereo panning based on key position, simulating the natural stereo width of the instrument in an orchestral environment.

Shake is a comprehensive collection of 95 shakers, tambourines, rattles, and bells from all over the world. This deep and stylistically expansive sample library focuses on dynamic live percussion performances by British instrumentalist and media composer David Oliver. Shake has everything you need for your next composition, including tiny soft plastic and raw hide egg shakers, filled ping pong ball rattle, raw hide, plastic and wooden maracas, small and medium sized instruments made from natural materials such as reeds, seed pods, gourds, vines, rattan, coconuts, nut shells, bamboo, wood and metal. There are also many unique instruments made or improvised by David like the bamboo rainstick shaker, mung bean shaker, cocktail stick shaker and pad box multi effect shaker (a flat wooden box containing ball bearings) and multiple Caxixi combinations. With our intuitive multi-layered modular UI, you’ll enjoy complete freedom to mix, layer, affect and customize each sound to your heart’s content.

SHORTNOISE 2 delivers an amazing 10 GB library with more than 800 instruments, geared towards musicians, film, TV and game composers. All instruments are roaylty-free and can be used within any production aspect. (Music production, Songwriting,Trailers and so on…) It features a ton of electronic and hybrid sounds, that can be tweaked using a lots of effects, sequencers, arpeggiators and more. It will be expanded with new sounds via so called “S2 Expansions” on a regular basis. (FREE as well as paid expansions) The unique core of S2 is the pattern-based Step-sequencer, that offers 288 steps per instrument with flexible effects modulation.
