Warp is the first installment of new series featuring a cutting-edge and versatile Kontakt engine capable of layering, morphing, blending and shaping any types of sounds with each other. Warp is specialized in pads, drones, swells and all kinds of atmospheric synths.
This instrument is based on ordinary and (as usual with Atom Hub items) old harmonica tuned in D. The instrument has been sampled with intention of providing organic, non-perfect, breathy, shaky, metallic sounds rather than a virtual incarnation of a nice romantic harmonica tone. Anyway, those are also possible to get from some of the sample sets present in the pack. In case you are hoping for something your current harmonica library (if any) is not capable of, or you just share strange obsession in quirky experimental instruments with me, Harmogeddon belongs in your hands !
‘Vikings is inspired by the Scandinavian world and mythology, which have always had an important place in the movie industry, the vibe of which can be heard in the Guy Ritchie’s masterpiece King Arthur or in the extremely successful Game of Thrones. With the participation of professional musicians, sound designers, sound engineers, we recorded strings, percussions, guitars, basses and many more instruments. We literally played and experimented in the world of sounds, creating the library’s uniqueness and signature.
Microrgan is a vintage 49-key electric reed organ built in the 1950s by the Italian electronics company Farfisa. Rare and highly sought-after, the origins of this classic instrument are shrouded in mystery and our particular keyboard has seen more than its fair share of wear and tear over the years, although it still sounds good as new thanks to its rugged mechanics and simple design. We’ve captured it’s warm, humble and yet full-bodied tone with infinite sustains and tight staccatos. But to take this far beyond an ordinary reed organ sample library, we’ve also created 20 awesome sound-designed custom synth and special effect presets and 40 unique sound-designed ambiences that can be played chromatically as atmospheric synths, dronescapes and pads or used directly in your DAW for underscoring and texture.

All bass patches were carefully sound designed by !llmind himself, involving sine, square manipulation & true analog processing. Bass patches vary, from simple low rumble sub bass, to mid low beef, to 50hz quick wobble patches. Patches are fully keymapped & polyphonic, allowing full analog chord synth expressions, not just bass! The Balalaika is a small string instrument which most likely originates from central Asian lute instruments but is nowadays most closely associated with eastern european, especially Russian music. First mentioned in the 17th Century, it was primarily used for village and folk music whereas the Balalaika also starts to take part in concert performances since the 19th Century. This even lead to the forming of Balalaika orchestras. Additionally the Balalaika acquired its iconic triangular shape in that time. The Balalaika we have recorded is a three-stringed prima Balalaika which has a typical E-E-A tuning.
Maliki is a collection of epic drum loops arranged in 20 themes, arranged by a selection of 4 acoustic and hybrid drum instruments. Arranged by Maliki Ramia, each theme is made up of 10 sections, where each section grows as a part of a music composition. Within each theme you can play the full mix or the single stems, while placing each stem in a virtual stage and recall you mixes with 10 preset keyswitches.
