Broken Worlds is a library that is all about broken, dystopian, “ugly” and distorted sounds. The soundsources are created from recordings from various synths and string and wind instruments that have been put through a chain of effects to create a serie of raw and haunting soundsources.

Since its release in 2021, Poiesis Cello has become a firm favourite amongst composers and sound designers and now we’re very pleased to announce the arrival of Poiesis Cello 2! ‘Poiesis’ describes the act of bringing something new into existence, and that’s certainly true of the unique sounds in this beautifully unconventional instrument. Brimming with rich timbral shifts and delicate shadings, octave harmonics, bow bounces and reiterations, Poiesis Cello can produce dynamic textures which range from tender and reflective to nervily unsettling.
