Wind Shades is a collection of beautifully imperfect articulations and improvisations, performed by a 14 piece chamber woodwind ensemble. This library features 50 Original NKIs & Snapshots designed to add a cinematic flair to the original samples.

We recorded this instrument in a dry studio environment, using a pair of Neumann TLM 102’s and Sound Devices preamps to get maximum detail, clarity, fidelity and clean dynamic range. To take things further, we’ve also designed 20 custom FX presets to deliver an extra jolt of terror to your next film, video game score, soundtrack, or music project. These expertly crafted presets are engineered to instantly amplify the tension, creating nerve-wracking atmospheres that keep listeners on edge. The Composer Cello is a suite of organic Cello instruments paired with a carefully curated set of inspirational analogue pads for Kontakt. The Composer Cello has been created using the beguiling musicianship of one of the UK’s leading session cellists. At the heart of this instrument are 3762 meticulously crafted samples, recorded at Kinema Audio’s renowned 1600sq foot Studio 1. The instrument also includes 9 complimentary analogue pads crafted to underscore and support your Cello compositions. All patches have 3 controllable mic positions: Center, Stereo and Room. The Analogue Pads are also multi mic’d with Dry, Room and Verb control.

This captivating instrument for the free Kontakt Player is inspired by the work of legendary film composer James Horner and features six instruments, plus never-sampled-before articulations and a unique performance mode which make it possible to add woodwinds to your musical creations in new and exciting ways.
‘Tangent Drum’ is the one and only Tongue Drum you will ever need – and we say that with confidence! Recorded with several microphone positions, some of them traditional some others daring and original, we pulled as many colours as possible from this beautiful instrument. But that’s not all – we also deconstructed every single sample in three layers: The tonal, the percussive and the instrument root so as to be able to build advanced and spotless patches that will help you create music with crystal-clear quality! Thanks to our deconstruction technique, we assembled multiple Tongue Drums with resonances in different keys (C, D, E, F, G, A, B) as well as an extensive 6-octave range free of any of those pitch-stretch artefacts once uses to get on the transients. The results are extremely high quality sound as well as crazy clean playability!
