Electro is our electronic rhythm orchestrator featuring some of the world’s greatest drum machines, all packaged in an innovative beatmaker with sound design controls. Electro is a virtual instrument plug-in for Native Instruments’ free Kontakt Player, compatible with most major DAWs (Ableton Live, Logic, Garage Band, ProTools, Steinberg Cubase, FL Studio, Reason and more.).

The drum machines:
TR-808
The TR-808 is one of the greatest drum machines of all time. This classic drum machine is renowned for its distinctive analog drum sounds, including the deep bass kick and snappy snare, which have left an indelible mark on the music industry. Its timeless design and enduring popularity have made it a staple in electronic and hip-hop music production since its introduction in the 1980s.

TR-909
The TR-909 is a legendary drum machine introduced in the early 1980’s. It’s celebrated for its analog drum sounds and distinctive kick drum that has become a staple in electronic dance music. Its warm and punchy sound has made it a new favorite of ours along with a host of some of our favorite producers and musicians.

LinnDrum
The LinnDrum is a vintage drum machine first introduced in 1982. It was celebrated for its realistic drum sounds and sequencing capabilities, making it a foundational tool in the development of electronic and pop music. It is particularly renowned for its iconic snare and clap sounds, which have left an enduring impact on music production. Moog DFAM
The Moog DFAM, which stands for “Drummer From Another Mother,” is a semi-modular analog percussion synthesizer designed with the ability to create massive kick drums and crushing snare drums. With its patchable and versatile architecture, it offers a wide range of sonic possibilities, making it a favorite among electronic musicians and sound designers.

Juno-60
The Juno-60 is a vintage analog synthesizer known for its lush, warm pad sounds and versatile modulation capabilities. While it is primarily a synth, we creatively used the synth to produce a full drum kit of sounds by employing its oscillators and filters to shape percussive sounds and experimental textures. This unconventional approach to the synth brings a unique character and depth to drum machine sampling.

Variety
In addition to our traditional drum machines and synths, we’ve explored a diverse range of analog and digital synthesizers, including the Casio SK-1 and Yamaha DX7, among others. While not sampled as extensively as our core machines, our ‘variety’ category of drums offers an extra layer of depth and sonic character.
