When installing the app and following the instructions completely, it still shows “No valid License found. The program will quit now.” Please update full thorough explanation on how to install.

From what you’re saying, I assume it’s on a Mac, right? The Mac version isn’t currently available from VR, but you could try installing the original VR version 14…

and then update using the Nuendo 15 installer.
Why? Because VR versions are supposed to already have the license.
