ARCTICA is a stunning instrument that features various types of synth and pad sounds. You can create sharp and epic polysynths, pads, as well as cold, ambient and dreamy atmospheres and drones. ARCTICA is based on the same architecture as our previous release, DEEP BLUE, but with some extra features. With ARCTICA, you can easily build the harmonic structure of your musical piece by controlling the bass (layer A) and the pad (layer B) separately. The instrument is mapped as a split keyboard with two different layers: A-Bass and B-Synth (pad, drone, or else). You can also tweak the sound of each layer with simple but powerful options. For example, you can adjust the lo/hi pass filter and the glide for each layer in real time, and see the changes on the interface. ARCTICA gives you the flexibility and creativity to produce amazing music with synth and pad sounds.

Plastic Ghost Piano is a warm, richly sampled, analogue sounding hybrid piano with some real character and lots of sonic possibilities. There really is nothing else like her. Sounds range from warm, woody and expressive acoustic piano to blissed out orchestral haze. There are 6 unlikely sound components that make this possible….. The Plastic Piano is a multisampled piano patch I made on a Techinics WSA1 modelling keyboard . Each individual sampled note was then loaded into a convolution reverb plug in and blasted with varying levels of controlled white noise and the output recorded and remapped as a 6 velocity layer multisample.

Neutronic is a Kontakt library created of 100% analog synthesizer sounds. A modern analog mono-synth was sampled across the keyboard (for each oscillator), and the common analog synthesizer controls were modeled in Kontakt. You can choose your oscillators, detune them, pan them, mix them, saturate them, and even add noise. We included two ADSR’s, a selectable LFO, a LPF, a HPF, delay, reverb, vibrato, and a custom scripted dual sequencer synced to your DAW clock tempo. This synth is an absolute powerhouse. The richness of an analog mono-synth turned into a poly-synth gave this library a very thick sound. Of course you can create classic synth sounds reminiscent of those great analog synths from Japanese manufacturers in the 80’s, but you can also create incredibly detailed lush ambient patches reminiscent of modern digitally controlled analog synthesizers.

BONTASTIC! Vintage Organ instrument captures with perfect clarity the retro sound of the rare Bontempi B4 Electronic Table Organ. The instrument’s vivid orange plastic exterior echoes the popular aesthetics of the 1970s and early 1980s during which time the organ was produced. The Bontempi organ that Bontastic! recreates is deceptively simple — 25 keys and 8 chord buttons, no stops or options. But with Bontastic! we here at Soundiron have retrofitted a classic instrument and unlocked all the potential from a classic piece of music equipment. The power of Bontastic! is really unlocked by the easy-to-use yet powerful 3D-modeled user interface. Basic sound shaping options are included: volume swell, note attack time, release time and sample start offset let users mold the sound anyway they want. Other main controls include vibrato and a special “Octave” knob, which really beefs up the instrument by doubling and tripling the notes being played at different octaves. This really unlocks the hidden character of the Bontempi organ.

This library contains organic and textural sound, derived from various synth sources which were then heavily processed to create more natural, evolving sources. We created 28 Snapshots, which were also resaved as traditional Kontakt Patches so you decide whether you want to work with Snapshots or Patches. SOURCES: It carries 5 source slots with 33 different sounds to select from. Each of these can only be selected once and is dynamically purged to save system ressources. It also uses the random trigger function, which let’s you decide how probable it is that the respective source layer will be triggered. This function avoids the repetitive nature of the plane layering system and will especially when played in chords result in much more organic material.
