Recorded using a variety of Audix drum mics and and Rode NT5s – famed for this peerless neutrality – we’ve served the sounds free of additional processing to not only let the fiery latin heart burn bright, but to offer you unrivalled flexibility in your music. The loops are presented at 125bpm in pristine 24-bit Wav format, with Apple Loops and Rex2 Loops also included for those requiring tempo-shifting functionality. We’ve also included a choice selection of one-shot sounds for ground-up beat programming with playable kit and hit type patches included for all major samplers.
Minimalogic Vol. 2 is a multi-format sound library that features fresh, royalty-free minimal samples and instruments for the producer seeking a minimalistic, pseudo-breaking, stylish vibe. With this library, you will get pro-mastered contruction loops (Kicks, Snares, HHats), rought floating sequences, ultra-low glitches, stylish micro-synths, unusual breaks, sparkly hi-freq loops and much more. The 240 Wav loops are also available in Rex format but it’s only the basement. Here you will get also 720 Live Drum Racks and 240 Kontakt loop instruments that allows to easily restructure the loops, to play the constituent samples and to change tempo without getting unwanted artifacts. The Kontakt Instruments are based on Kontakt 4 KSP engine and thanks to their user interfaces you can directly control the Multi-Filter, the ADSR and the Multi-Effect sections. The Live Drum Racks come with special built-in racks with dedicated FX and parameters. In addition to the loop sections you will find also 20 great multi-sample synthesizers available for Ableton Simpler, Sampler and Kontakt 4. Sound Design Tools, an epic collection of sound effects, foley sounds and electronic drum loops created by Gavin Thibodeau aka Embra. Gavin was working on this sound collection for more than six months, using Ableton Live as the main audio workstation and several 3rd party plugins for processing the sounds. The final product contains 36 drum loops and 324 one shot samples in 24-bit WAV format. A NI Reaktor sample map is also included in one of the folders and an updated version of the library containing NKI and SFZ mappings will be released soon. It’s hard to describe this fantastic sample collection in just a few words, because it contains so many brilliant sounds which don’t really fit into a single category. On one hand, there’s a folder which contains a bunch of great sounding foley samples, captured from loads of different sound sources such as hydraulic engines, metallic hits, water splashes, etc. Then you have the processed foley sounds which are completely glitched out and which would perfectly fit a sci-fi movie soundtrack or a futuristic movie trailer. Most of these processed sounds could also work as percussive hits or as glitchy SFX bits which you could use for layering on top of rhythmic sequences.
The mighty Rhodes Electric Piano MK 1 was sampled with every note in 20 velocities for 40 seconds plus a piano release and noise layers using top of the line microphones and preamps recorded in 44.1 kHz/24 bit.
