Bucketverb imagines an alternate history in which a rare bucket brigade delay (BBD) chip evolved into a sophisticated hardware unit perfect for ambience, lo-fi detuned decay, vocal presence, and more. Unlike standard, single-output BBD delays, analog reverbs used a special multi-tap BBD chip to create multiple simultaneous delay times. Sadly, this effect only showed up in a handful of products, before being swept out of popularity by the rise of digital reverbs.
A passive tube EQ that’s clean and precise enough for modern mastering. Passive tube EQs have long been praised for offering tremendous color and warmth. Their broad boosts and cuts and inherent saturation makes them a favorite option for overall tonal shaping. Knif Audio’s boutique Soma EQ updates the passive tube EQ approach by offering a cleaner, more flexible tone, as well as more precise EQ adjustments to meet the demands of contemporary mastering engineers. The first passive tube EQ with “Real Q Adjustment” taking out the guesswork Despite their wonderful sound, old school passive EQs have their shortcomings as well. Changing the bandwidth control on a conventional passive EQ will cause you to inadvertently increase or reduce the amount of boost or cut you are applying, leading to unexpected changes in your EQ curve. The Soma EQ finally solves this problem by adding “Real Q Adjustment”. A first in the world of passive tube EQs, it allows for much more predictability and precision than any other EQ of its type.
PulseCode is a PCM Drum Machine that pays tribute to the gritty, lo-fi sounds from the late 1980s. PulseCode takes a different approach to “sample-based drum synthesis”, using strategic layering concepts that are based on the various techniques used by producers of that era to get massive drums sounds. All of the sounds supplied with PulseCode have been resampled in 12 and 13-bit with vintage gear to stay true to the era. Gated reverb is effortless with PulseCode, as each sound includes it’s own sampled 13-bit reverb layer recorded from a vintage unit from the same time period. These techniques can usually be tedious and time consuming, but with PulseCode they are second nature. The result is that big drum sound so prevalent in the 80s and often heard in EBM, Industrial, Electro, Coldwave, SynthPop and Synthwave. But PulseCode is designed for experimentation and can easily be taken into uncharted territory for a more modern approach to these styles and beyond.
This is not your typical acoustic guitar library. The RCD Acoustic was conceptualized around experimental, rhythmic playing styles commonly associated with modern film score and features highly realistic ‘repetition sourced’ recordings. Featuring a vintage Martin acoustic guitar, we used many different bows, sticks, brushes, and picks (with both traditional and low tuning) to capture a massive collection of tonal and atonal sounds.

SUBLOOM is a new drum mixing console that features a comprehensive set of tools for shaping drums, including EQ, transient control, saturation, and an extremely flexible sub synthesis channel with innovative new “Pitch Dive” feature that emulates the natural resonant behavior of live drum heads. In addition to its comprehensive feature set, SUBLOOM is also designed to be easy to use: Dial in the “raw” drum on the left side, then dial in the desired “sub” on the right side, finally blend them in together using the two channel volume faders! Subloom features a clear and intuitive interface, and the presets make it easy to get started.
IronVerb is a classic algorithmic reverb, perfect for all reverb needs – from subtle, short reverb to massive atmospheric, ethereal, and ambient textures with long decay. IronVerb’s use is anywhere – from drums and vocals to guitars and pads. You can tweak IronVerb for your desires and needs by choosing from six different modes and a multitude of parameters and utilizing the signature Ironize modulation.
CR-78 — Cherry Audio’s first virtual drum machine — accurately recreates the punchy analog sounds and 34 onboard preset rhythms of the first true classic drum machine and takes it much further. We’ve done away with the complex beat programming, replaced it with a familiar X0X-style button-per-step interface, and added an easy-to-use song mode for pattern chaining. Unlike sample-based emulations, CR-78 uses modeled synthesis to recreate the classic tones of the original and makes a quantum leap forward by making these sounds fully editable. Four studio-quality effects are provided, with a uniquely fast and fun “send button” for each individual tone in the effects and mixer section, which also includes a complete mixer, compressor, and a six-band graphic EQ.
Developed in cooperation with vintage synth specialist, The Legend is designed to faithfully emulate one of the most famous vintage analog synths. Moreover, numerous innovative enhancements greatly increase its versatility. Unprecedented precision: Every component, ranging from the voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), voltage-controlled filter (VCF) and voltage-controlled amplifier (VCA), have been modeled to an accuracy never seen before in software. The snappy filter and amplifier envelopes have been meticulously modeled, as well as the massive bottom end – even the most marginal effects like temperature drift or effects originating from the power supply have been taken into account.
