Granulate is a powerful granular synthesis engine for Kontakt 5, which allows any audio file to be processed in a variety of ways, to create lush pads, rich granular textures and punchy rhythmic synths. Use the built-in presets, or use your own audio by loading a sample into Kontakt’s mapping editor. With its included library of over 50 inspiring presets, Granulate has plenty of content ready to use, out of the box. However, Granulate is designed to be a flexible and expandable tool for easily creating your own custom sounds. The presets are mainly included for inspiration, and only cover a fraction of Granulate’s sonic possibilities. You are encouraged to import your own audio files, to create sounds that are truly yours! Because Granulate runs inside Kontakt, it has the benefit of being able to load NCW files (a proprietary audio format used by many commercial sample libraries). This means you can import and process sounds from other sample libraries you own, extending your sonic palette even further.

This virtual instrument features true Random-Robin note alternation (in 5), key switched articulations, a special “Chord-mode” complete with strum speed control, direction and a choice of Bar chords, Open chords or Power chords. There is also a “Tremelo Picking” feature (with speed control), a vibrato key to provide a quick way of playing in vibrato on any articulation and a bank of4 effects units (EQ, Compression, Delay and Reverb). The Polivoks (Rus.: Поливокс) was designed by Vladimir Kuzmin with input on the aesthetics from his wife Olimpiada who was apparently inspired by Soviet military radios of the time. In production between 1982 and 1990 the Polivoks was manufactured at the Formanta Radio Factory in Kachkanar, Russian SFSR. With a retail price upon release of 920 rubles around 100,000 Polivoks were manufactured – peaking at a production rate of up to 1,000 units a month! Despite this, the Polivoks is not all that commonly seen an instrument outside of Russia.
V6 Classical Acoustic Guitar, a virtual guitar instrument library for Native Instruments Kontakt. All the features of this instrument are fully MIDI automatable. It is designed for the FULL version of Kontakt 5.3 (or newer).
The EK470 mark2 is a lucky bag. Although its sound source is a low-cost, garbage toy keyboard for just 25 EUR, all the sounds are incredibly warm and charming. You can lose yourself just playing along with the analog sounds, being inspired by its character and possibilities. Beside that, the graphical interface is also worth mentioned which make you turn knobs and switch buttons. Content: The structure of EK470 mark2 is based on 2 simultaneous sound slots, each can be feeded with every of the 24 sounds and has separate volume and pan knob. Beside that, the first slot provides an additional -12 to 12 semitones pitch knob. We selected the best 24 sound patches out of 99 available patches the original keyboard provides. We recorded every third minor note, looped the sound and processed it if needed.
