All Loops & Oneshots are crafted from scratch, mainly produced within large eurorack modular system using oscillators, envelopes, filters, saturation, distortion and LFO’s and also different guitar amps and EQs to shape them for maximum impact on Club Soundsystems like Funktion-One or VOID. The package will satisfy the modern Berghain influenced Techno producer of today who is looking for rough but breathing organic foundations of their tracks.
SideKick5 makes side-chaining very easy in your VST and AudioUnit DAW. Side-chaining is a usefull tool for musicians, producers, video editors and in radio broadcasting. SideKick has helped many audio engineers by saving time while improving their mixes. Each SideKick5 you add in your mixer gets a number (1 to 16). And sends the audio it receives to all other SideKick5s in your mixer. This is done automatically through 16 stereo virtual buses. Just select the virtual bus number of any SideKick5 you have put in your mixer to start side-chaining.
SideKick Extended 6 is the easiest, yet most comprehensive side-chain compressor that works in your VST and/or AU compatible host on Mac and Windows. With Side chaining you change the volume from one sound by the volume of another sound. It is most commonly used to duck (bass) sounds on each kick punch. Creating room in your mix for maximum fatness.
The kick drum is the backbone of many modern music genres, both electronic and acoustic. It’s Often times the thing you start with in a new mix, but to get it sounding just right can be a complex task. A well mixed kick drum has a warm sounding low end, doesn’t sound too boxy and pierces through the mix in a very natural way. When designing KickBox, these are the qualities we’ve focused on, simplifying the mixing process for any modern kick drum. The KickBox is modelled after analogue filters and separates the relevant frequency ranges in a very transparent way. KickBox can help you get your kicks sounding extremely tight in a matter of just a few clicks.
In the design of this collection, we used analogue gear such as the 909 and Drum Brute, and complimented these with synthesized kicks. By layering different kicks together, we have brought originality and color and warmth to the samples that you can use from House to EDM productions.
