    The Custom and Vintage SDX features extensive stick and brush recordings of a unique collection of drums and cymbals, designed to give everyone from top producers down access to the cream of custom and vintage drums, built by craftsmen from the 1920s right up to the exceptional instrument makers of today. Most of the highly prized instruments that come with this library, like the 1920s Ludwig Black Beauty or the Craviotto Timeless Timber, are extremely hard to come by and can only be found in the collections of top studios or hired from rental facilities in the major music centers of the world.

    The Custom and Vintage SDX was recorded through a classic EMI TG mixing console at the noted 2 Khz Studio in London, England. This unique piece of equipment is considered one of the best sounding ever made and has been used in numerous legendary recordings of the early seventies, like The Beatles’ “Abbey Road” and Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon”. All recordings were overseen by Grammy Award-winning engineer Peter Henderson, who started his career training exclusively with legend Geoff Emerick (The Beatles), worked alongside producer Sir George Martin for numerous sessions and went on to record multiple million-selling albums. The drums were sampled by Chris Whitten, widely known for his live or studio work with major artists like Dire Straits, Paul MacCartney, Johnny Cash, Julian Cope, World Party and The Pretenders.

    This is the definition of classic, rare, custom and vintage drums recorded to perfection in one of the finest acoustic environments ever built.

    Hi is there any possibility to update this Custom and Vintage library to work with SD3? cause when loading this library on Superior Drummer 3 (version from this site too) it gives and error. Same happens with Rock Solid EZX: https://www.magesy.blog/audio-samples/rock-solid-ezx-expansion-audiop2p/
    And also with Americana Addon EZX:

    All the rest of SDX expansions and EZX expansions work and load fine. All tested by me one by one
    It is just this 3 libraries: 1 SDX and 2 EZX that are not updated to work in SD3

    Aver, no estoy seguro de que funcione, nosotros no usamos SD3, pero encontré una solución posible y es, usar el Keygen de la Version 2 de SD Drummer de R2R, ves aqui y lee las instrucciones:

    Tambien te he añadido la Version de AiR de RockSolid. Intentalo aver y me cuentas.
    La Otra solución seria , Instalar SD DRUMMER 2 de R2R en otro PC o MAC, Autorizar la Libreria y el Plugin v2 con el Keygen de R2R y luego Traerte los Archivos ya autorizados al Otro PC o MAC. algo asi… te dejo el comentario que encontre:

    Done, This is what worked for me, download EZDrummer 2.0.0 , I installed on another computer, that version of EZdrummer has the login serial little window, and don’t use the keygen from this release, use the keygen from the same EZ Drummer 2.0.0, once authorized you copy or cut the Americana and Midi files to your other computer where you have the newer version of EZdrummer o EZ3, by default in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer

    Thank you for answering! the problem I think is that these 3 libraries have not the Graphics folder within them. I will try every method but I can’t find here a version of superior drummer 2 to try it for the Custom and Vintage SDX library. I can try with the other 2 because they are EZX for EZDrummer. Also is worth mentionning that when using the keygen for example in that Rock Solid from Air ezx library I don’t know what to do because sd3 seems to not ask for any authorization. So what I’ve done with other releases that have keygen for registration too is copying just the whole content files and that is totally ok, they work fine. But with these 3 they don’t load correctly and I think because there is missing content of the graphics v2 or v3 folders

    Thank you so much. Ok I’ve figured it out at least for Americana EZX and Rock Solid EZX. It was as easy as to update the libraries, using this release https://www.magesy.blog/audio-samples/tntck-expansions-updates-and-midi-win-mac/#more-121749 For the rest of the libraries some come with updates some don’t but all ezx libraries on Magesy working perfectly fine now but these 2 specially needed the update to work in Superior Drummer 3. Now Custom and Vintage SDX library doesn’t have an update on that release or in any other release I’ve found in Magesy, so that still doesn’t work (neither with the SD2 test). It would be awesome to get an update for Custom and Vintage SDX or directly the new version on this website. Many thanks in advance and hope the “fix” can help others.
