Just like the previous version the installer has a bug. I have tried everything to scanning my disk, modify my ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSession ManagerSubSystems but still no joy the error always says:
An error occurred while trying to copy a file:
Out of memory.
it starts with the desktop.ini file it cant copy then if i click skip it proceeds to do this with every single file in the Pigments Team V.R installer.
Any ideas or help here appreciated.

FYI i also have 64GB of fast memory (76% memory is free) and top end PC running Win10 64bit.

I suppose you have plenty of ram memory, if you’ve tried Session Manager\SubSystems and it hasn’t worked for you, I think you may have WINDOWS already very destroyed, due to the desktop.ini symptom.
These installers should not give an error, the only thing is that they come loaded with a multitude of presets and need RAM resources to be able to install them.
If I were you, I would reinstall Windows CLEANLY.
Another thing, that error smells like an antivirus to me… if you have one, remove it.
how much ram do you have?

Ahh 64 GB, the Problem is not the ram.
The problem is either the WINDOWS ALREADY BROKEN, or Antivirus Programs installed and working.

Thanks for the help, i managed to install it in safe mode. To get myt pc in safe mode was a whole other story of blank screen and a nightmare which ended up a reset of the cmos to get into the bios.
I think the issue is not even memory related but after reading some other users for similar scene releases its down to software i have on my pc that potentially LOCKING the temp file locations or like you say anti virus but i do have that switched off disabled and i only have the windows defender which i disable. Clearly in safe mode it runs minimal software and resources so something on my pc was preventing the access to write the information. very strange as i have other Team VR releases that work fine. anyway safe mode let me install hope this helps.
PS: what’s annoying is i couldn’t locate the source of the issue just a workaround i hate not being able to locate the pesky problem / issue but anyway thanks for the help.

I’ll tell you one thing, once you install an antivirus in Windows… DESTROY WINDOWS… and even if you uninstall or deactivate it… you’re screwed… to fix all that destruction you only have to… FORMAT HARD DRIVE AND INSTALL WINDOWS AGAIN CLEAN.
