Recorded at his personal studio in Los Angeles, J.Waronker Drums Volume 2 features an extremely dry and punchy drum sound, perfect for mangling and manipulating in the digital realm. With eight complete sessions, the library covers a wide range of grooves and feels including funk, hip hop, pop and rock.  In addition, each session includes percussion loops, allowing you to easily layer and arrange instruments such as shakers, bongos and tambourines on top of the drum set loops.

I was sorting through some old stuff and found this CD, which was given away with Future Music Magazine way back in 1997. I’ve ripped the samples as WAV files, I haven’t listened to many of them so I’m not sure how they’ll stand up today, but a few of them might be of some use to a few people.
